Heidi the Hedgehog, Teeth that make you Wise, & Jesus Camp

I bought India ink at Michaels the other day, and let me just tell you, it is so fun. I was just doodling with it, and decided to draw a little character for an imaginary children's book. I came up with this (with a suggestion from my Mum):

How cute is she?? This was the very first one, so it's a little rough (& smeared), but here's some more:

I think it would be so cool to illustrate a children's book. Especially with little animals like Heidi!

On to my second tidbit, my boyfriend might have to get his wisdom teeth out. He'd have to go somewhere else to get them out, because where he is they don't exactly have an abundance of oral surgeons. As soon as he told me this, I was wishing for them to send him back here to get them done (doubt it would happen, but hey, I can dream right??). It would be soooo awesome to see him, but he doesn't even know yet if he has to get them out.

I myself am a Christian, but I would NEVER send my kids to something like this. That is crazy to me. I'd love to hear what others think about it though.
